It is recommended to organize protection for the population and employees of business entities, regardless of ownership form, within their areas of responsibility in the event of an “Air Raid Alert” signal, and to ensure for each enterprise, institution, organization (business entity):

1) documentary confirmation of a shelter, or identification and establishment of a safe space (ownership right, contract, etc.);

2) adoption of a regulatory act (order or directive) approving the Procedure for actions and work of employees, and designating those responsible for notifying persons and the method of notification;

3) preparation of an instruction for employees that will regulate their actions during the threat of air attack means;

4) drawing up a diagram of the route to the shelter or safe space;

5) familiarizing employees with the Procedure for actions, with a corresponding entry in the Briefing Journal;

6) informing about the availability of a shelter or safe space by placing signs at entrances to premises, buildings, structures or territories, on their external walls (fences), with the inscription “Object is equipped with a shelter”, or “Object is equipped with a safe space”, or “Object is not equipped with a shelter”, measuring 100 by 60 centimeters (in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 4, 2026 No. 1092 (as amended).
